		<description>I have always been fascinated by the enzyme alcohol dehydrogenase and how in different cultures it allows them to either drink more or else depending on how efficient it is or lacking there of.  

I myself am very, very careful of my alcohol intake.  I loathe the non-functioning me.</description>
